Overview

ValidaTek holds DISA SETI SB through CVTEK, a joint venture partnership. CVTEK is a prime contractor for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Systems Engineering, Technology and Innovation (SETI) contract vehicle.

SETI provides a suite of information technology (IT) engineering services, expertise, and support in the planning, research, development, integration, and implementation activities for future, proposed, current, and legacy Department of Defense (DoD) and DISA IT capabilities, services, and systems. SETI delivers complex IT engineering support services throughout the entire acquisition lifecycles of DoD and DISA solutions, systems, and system components.

About Our Joint Venture

CVTEK is an SBA-approved mentor-protégé joint venture between Choisys Technology, Inc. (protégé) and ValidaTek, Inc. (mentor), formed to provide mission-critical IT support for the Federal Government's evolving mission requirements.
