Overview

ValidaTek holds GSA OASIS+ SB through CVTEK-JV, LLC, a joint venture partnership.

OASIS+ is a collection of multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts organized by domains, which are functional groupings of related services spanning multiple NAICS codes. Domains are designed to align order requirements to qualified industry partners. Each domain is limited to the NAICS codes and associated size standards specifically listed under that domain.

• 10 year ordering period
• May be used by all federal agencies
• No contract ceiling or cap on awards
• For work performed in CONUS and/or OCONUS locations
• For complex commercial or non-commercial services
• For any contract type, including hybrid mix and structures of Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) types tailored to individual task order requirements

CVTEK-JV, LLC is a prime contractor for the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) SB program.

CVTEK is a prime contractor on the following domains:

• Technical and Engineering (T&E) Domain
• Intelligence Services (INTEL) Domain
• Logistics (LOG) Domain

About Our Joint Venture

CVTEK is an SBA-approved mentor-protégé joint venture between Choisys Technology, Inc. (protégé) and ValidaTek, Inc. (mentor), formed to provide mission-critical IT support for the Federal Government's evolving mission requirements.
