Benefits

  • ValidaTek splits the cost of medical, dental, and vision with the employee. We provide options for all plan types (single, family, etc.).

    ValidaTek offers four medical plans to help you meet the needs of you and your family.

    Dental coverage is provided through Unum Dental. We offer two PPO options.

    Vision coverage is provided through Unum Vision (EyeMed). 

    This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.

  • ValidaTek provides coverage for 2x the salary up to $200,000 at no cost to employees. Employees may also purchase Voluntary Supplemental Life & Disability Insurance coverage 5x the salary up to $500,000.  

  • We pay 100% of all short and long-term disability costs for all employees.

  • Our 401(k) plan is provided through John Hancock. We match employee contributions up to 3.5% of the 6% of compensation, and all company contributions are immediately vested 100%.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) are available to employees to set aside pretax dollars for various purposes. ValidaTek provides the following FSAs: 

    Health Care Reimbursement FSA allows employees to pay for certain medical care expenses not covered by insurance, such as deductibles, copayments or other out-of-pocket medical expenses.

    Dependent Care FSA allows employees to pay for certain expenses related toward qualified dependent care. 

    Transportation FSA allows employees to pay for work-related transit vouchers, vanpooling, and qualified parking expenses. 

  • A Health Savings Account (HSA) is available to employees enrolled in high deductible health plans (HSA program). 

    An HSA is a tax-advantaged savings account that can be used for your health care expenses.

  • Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is provided by Unum. It covers employees and their immediate dependent family members. The EAP provides free 24/7 access to telephonic and email counseling on workplace, financial, legal, and personal matters.

  • ValidaTek provides competitive Paid Time Off (PTO) in addition to 11 Federal holidays, bereavement leave, maternity leave, jury leave, etc.

  • ValidaTek highly encourages professional development and assists employees with the cost of college tuition, training, certifications, and continuing education (PDUs and CEUs). ValidaTek also assists with other professional development expenses to include: membership fees to professional organizations; registration fees for meetings, conferences, workshops, and seminars; and fees and subscriptions for scholarly journals, books, and computer-based resources.

  • Our bonus program is designed to incentivize and reward high quality performance, attract new talent, and generate innovations that improve our contract work. We recognize the contribution of each employee to the success of the company, so all full-time employees are eligible for our bonus program. Our bonus program includes annual bonuses and a quarterly reward program. We also provide employee referral bonuses up to $10,000.
